Our wig products are made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Ideally, a temperature range of 70-90 ℃ is recommended to prevent permanent hair damage due to high temperatures.

Unfortunately, our wig products cannot be dyed as they do not have hair cuticles to retain color for a long time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig is securely in place.

To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and let it dry naturally.

It's normal for wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair from end to root to prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it's recommended to use your fingers for combing.

All wigs are handmade and may vary slightly in hairstyle from different batches. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent colors in our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig may be out of shape when received. Simply comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will regain its original shape. The length is approximately 4 inches (11 cm), and the cap size is adjustable with a maximum circumference of approximately 21-22 inches (53-55 cm).
