Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber," which is a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick under 120 degrees Celsius. The recommended temperature for styling is generally around 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to be cautious of high temperatures when styling the wig as it can cause harm to the hair.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for an extended period. Additionally, hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

To wear the wig properly, follow these steps: firstly, gently comb the wig with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs). Next, secure the wig cap using the buckle, and then spray wig care solution and style the wig hair as desired.

When cleaning and caring for the wig, straighten it out first, then place a small amount of shampoo in cold water. Soak the wig for 5-10 minutes, gently wash, rinse thoroughly with water, and dry with a towel before allowing it to air dry naturally. You can also spray a small amount of care solution for added protection.

Various factors such as computer monitors, lighting, camera pixels, and personal perception of color can lead to color differences. Our wig is made of 100% brand new high-temperature fiber.

Please note that due to packaging and transportation, gently shake the wig upon receiving it to achieve the desired fluffy look as shown in the picture. The length is approximately 30 cm/11.8 inches with a margin of error of 1-2 cm. The cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches/51-53 cm with an error margin of 1-2 cm, and the size is adjustable.

If the top of the wig appears slightly frizzy, this is normal as it helps create a fuller and more natural hairstyle.
